The Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) is the apex body representing the Indian auto component industry. ACMA plays a vital role in trade promotion, technology collaboration, quality enhancement, and policy advocacy for the sector.

The Objective:

• Build a secure, dynamic, and scalable web platform tailored for member communication and internal operations
• Centralized management of circulars, documents, events, and media
• Ensure accessibility and usability for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deliver a modern and interactive user experience through engaging frontend animations

Platform Used:

What We Did:

• Developed a fully customized web platform using Laravel and PHP
• Built a secure admin panel with modular content management features for circulars, documents, event galleries, press releases, and more
• Designed a clean, responsive UI with smooth frontend animations using GSAP and WOW.js
• Implemented Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and advanced security protocols, including 2FA, audit logging, and encrypted data storage
• Integrated modules for critical workflows, including:
  • Circulars Manager
  • Member Management
  • Event Master
  • Document Repository
  • Press & Media Section
  • Election Result Publishing
  • Regulatory Standards & Government Policy Updates
• Created a searchable member activity log and secure EC Minutes archive
• Deployed the platform on Digital Ocean with Nginx, SSL, and hardened security settings
• Enabled real-time notifications for members on updates and new documents
• Focused on cross-device performance to support desktop, tablet, and mobile users

Security Features:

• CSRF protection and input sanitization
• Rate limiting and IP whitelisting for admin logins
• Auto session expiry and audit logs for transparency
• Encrypted storage of sensitive fields
• Optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for admins

Results:

• Achieved a 90% reduction in manual processes for document management and communication
• Streamlined administrative operations and improved document accessibility for members
