Max Lab is a division of Max Healthcare, one of India’s largest Healthcare providers.

The objective:

• Drive appointments for Max Hospitals in Delhi NCR through speciality-wise campaigns for Orthopaedics, Oncology, Urology, Cardiology and Liver Transplant.

• Generate Enquiries for Max@Home through Sample Collection at Home and Physiotherapy at Home campaigns

What We Did:

• We built a thorough media plan for our TG residing in Delhi-NCR.

• We leveraged Google Search campaigns to generate leads and inquiries from this audience segment.

Results:

• The entire media efforts resulted in an average CPL of ~INR 1300 for Max Hospital BU and ~INR 300 for Max@Home BU.
